Our Goal:
Cash Flow model for long term hold by renting the land space between $400 to $700 a month. The development will not include amenities but will have an HOA for community controls.

Estimated Population for Lockhart is 19,352 with growth (since 2010) of 12.70% and an average house hold income of $62,250 with 61% ownership.
This project is not 100% funded yet. However the property has been purchased and our team of engineers and land specialist are working around the clock to get the land entitlement done!
